ABOUT

Rock 102 Show & Shine Weekend began in 1982,
and has been one of Saskatoon’s pillar summer events
for over four decades.

The Rock 102 Show & Shine Downtown Car Show
on Sunday, August 17, 2025,
is one of Western Canada’s largest,
and attracts people from all over the province. 

Hundreds of classic and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles
will take over 14 city blocks in Downtown Saskatoon
from 1st Avenue to 4th Avenue
and between 20th Street and 23rd Street.

PUBLIC SAFETY

The community and participants are reminded
to drive safely and make public safety a priority
throughout Show & Shine Weekend.

ROAD CLOSURES

Effective Sunday, August 17, 2025
4:00 am – 5:30 pm

14 city blocks in downtown Saskatoon
from 1st Avenue to 4th Avenue
and between 20th Street and 23rd Street

Downtown patrons, business and residents should
plan to park elsewhere,
and are encouraged to get a safe ride home
the evening of Saturday, August 16, 2025.

Any vehicles parked within the road closure area
will be towed off-site at no expense to the vehicle owners
starting Sunday, August 17, 2025 at 4:00 am.

To find out where vehicles are parked,
visit the ROCK 102 Information Tent
at the corner of 3rd Avenue and 21st Street.

The Rock 102 Show & Shine Downtown Car Show
is one of Western Canada’s largest!

Each year, the event hosts
hundreds of vehicles and over 30,000 visitors
in downtown Saskatoon.

None of this is possible, without a team of dedicated Gate Staff
who oversee the 8 entry points surrounding the event.

This is a great opportunity for teams and clubs
who want to get involved and earn an honorarium for their group.

What’s Required?
Availability on Sunday, August 17
10 – 16 members per shift (rotating between 5:30 am – 5:30 pm)
On-site point person to facilitate your team/club
Minimum one 21+ person per entry point (12+ can accompany)
Ability to work outdoors and on foot in all weather conditions

What’s Provided?
Honorarium for your team/club
Positioning for your team/club at a pillar, Saskatoon summer event
Safety vests and radios for communication with Show Coordinators
Opportunity for demonstration/display space at Show & Shine (optional, upon request)
