What did you think of the Who's halftime performance?

The Who was pretty good but Roger really just started shouting and in Baba O'Riley I really noticed it.

I've thought the same over and over. You're right buddy, I didn't even notice those so called missed notes at the AC/DC show. I'm 28 years old, and never had the chance to see bands like AC/DC in their prime years. But, man can they ever still ROCK...LOVED the show!

I'm a loyal ROCK 102 listener, as well as a freeloader! Guys I wouldn't listen to any other station in town. Quite frankly I can't stand any other station in town, they try too hard too be cool with all their clubbin' crap.

Anyway, as a loyal listener can I suggest that you guys lay off a little on the critical comments. Yes I think many would agree that there could have been a more new age band to do the half time, but there wasn't and we got The Who, and they are legends. They had a great show, the stage was incredible. I don't know I just find every time there's even a big concert like AC/DC the next day I hear youy guys trachin' about how Brian Johnson missed a few notes blah, blah, blah...How about as rockers we praise the fact of how lucky we were to even have them in our province again, and stop expecting 62yr. old singers to sound the same as they did 20 some years ago. Was the same with G N'R everybody saying how oh Axle has aged, not the same voice, man he's pudgy now. Like holy crap again be thankful we got to see them right in S'Toon. He showed up, was great with the crowd and still rocked CUC, it wasn't perfect but it ROCKED. And again the guy isn't going to be able to perform like it was 1992, be he still performed. Anyway sorry to rant I just wish our only local Rock station would be a little more positive about the great bands we've been getting come through our own province, as well as even the greats that still get a chance to rock events like the super bowl. It's all rock, and it's all good, old or new they all need support! Thanks, have a great week guys, I'll still be listening to you all day at work instead of my Sirius!
